Spurs secured their place in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals this season as they achieved a brilliant 1-0 win in the Tottenham Hotspur vs Borussia Dortmund match last night. And with that highly-anticipated win, they sealed an overall 4-0 win in the ‘Round of 16’ of the UEFA Champions League this year.
Right after a goalless first half, Harry Kane scored the only and the winning goal for Tottenham Hotspur in the 48th minute. Even after repeated attempt from the Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund failed to score any equalizer, thus ending the match with 1-0 score in favor of the Spurs. It seems the Premier League outfit is in quite a great form this season.

While talking about their defeat against Tottenham Hotspur, Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Burki praised the footballing skill of Spurs forward Harry Kane. He said, “We knew it will be really difficult because of the loss in the first leg. Tottenham waited for their chance and with Harry Kane up front you can do that.”
He also expressed that his side already knew that Kane will surely score in the match, although they took it positively. The goalkeeper said, “You know he will score and it was like that. It was unlucky for us, but we played very well, especially in the first half. We need to take the positive things out of this game for the Bundesliga.”

A player every team would love to have.”
