Las Vegas police recently requested the DNA sample of the Portuguese forward to investigate further into the alleged sexual assault, although his manager says he is ‘calm’ even after those horrific allegations. Besides, Cristiano Ronaldo faced another trouble
Kathryn Mayorga, an American lady, has accused Cristiano Ronaldo of sexually assaulting her in a Las Vegas hotel during his US tour way back in 2009. However, the Juventus star has strenuously refuted those claims. And now, the Las Vegas police have issued a warrant for his DNA sample to investigate the allegation made by Mayorga.
Las Vegas police issued a ‘DNA sample’ warrant against Cristiano Ronaldo
German publication Der Spiegel first reported the allegations made by Kathryn Mayorga and they also reported that Cristiano Ronaldo paid her $375,000 in 2010 to prevent her from going to public with the rape allegations. However, Cristiano Ronaldo’s lawyer recently confirmed that the payment was made in favor of Mayorga.
While talking about the DNA sample warrant of Cristiano Ronaldo, his lawyer Peter Christiansen said it was a “very standard request”. Besides, Juventus manager also gave his views on that topic. When media asked him about the recent allegations against Ronaldo, Allegri said “It’s his personal question, I talk about football.”
Massimiliano Allegri talks about Cristiano Ronaldo
The Bianconeri coach said “I can tell you that I saw him very serene, he is training well. It has been a very tight four months, now we need to work to play better in the 36 potential games we have left,” and then added “I see Cristiano peaceful and calm, I go on that. For the rest, it is not for me to answer because they are private affairs.”
Massimiliano Allegri said “Until now, he has never gone to the national team [while at Juve, the six games that he spared with Portugal he has then played them in the league with us, so he played more or less the same matches last year,” and then further added “As we move forward, I will manage the condition of all in order to try to arrive at the end of all the objectives well. He [Ronaldo] will play on Saturday, but let’s see how and when.”
